1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website goofarm.com.vn, all of its language versions, and Goo Farm Web, our social media publishing tool. They are set by GOO FARM TEA VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED (Goo Farm Tea Vietnam Co. Ltd., “Goo Farm”, “we”, “us”), No. 325B Pho Vong, Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam. By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Our website

The website presents Goo Farm, our tea products, packing options and services for business buyers. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. Prices, specifications, grades, loading capacities and availability are indicative and may change with harvests and markets. Quotations, samples, orders, payment, delivery and quality claims are governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract that we agree with you.

3. Enquiries

When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate contact details and do not send spam or harmful content. We may decline enquiries that we cannot serve.

4. Intellectual property

The text, photos, videos, logos and product descriptions on the website belong to Goo Farm or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it. Copying our content, for example product photos or descriptions for another website or marketplace listing, needs our written permission. Third-party names and marks, such as certification marks and Alibaba.com, belong to their owners.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to enter the admin area or any other non-public part of the website without permission;
• disrupt or overload the website, including by high-volume automated scraping;
• upload or send malicious code;
• use the website for unlawful purposes, or pretend to be Goo Farm or to act on our behalf.

6. Links and other services

The website links to and embeds other services, such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Alibaba.com, Google Maps and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Goo Farm Web

Goo Farm Web is operated by Goo Farm for its own staff. It publishes Goo Farm's content to Goo Farm's own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and VK, and it is not available to the public. Goo Farm is responsible for the content it publishes. When we use these platforms we follow their terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. How the tool handles data is explained in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. The access the tool holds can be removed at any time, as described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep its information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, or that the website will always be available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Goo Farm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Contracts for the supply of goods are governed by their own terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, decide any dispute about them, unless a sales contract between us says otherwise.
