BPS is short for Broken Pekoe Souchong. Vietnam BPS green tea belongs to our broken grades, together with Broken and PS. After drying, the tea is sieved, and the small, flat pieces are sorted out as BPS.
Small flat leaf, quick rich cup
Each piece is flat and about 4–5 mm long, in shades from yellow to dark green. The brew is bright green with a fresh, clean scent, and the taste is rich. Small pieces release color and taste fast. That is why BPS gives a full cup in a short brewing time, which is exactly what a tea bag needs.

BPS Green Tea FAQ
What is the difference between BPS and Broken green tea? BPS is a little smaller and more even than the Broken grade, so it brews faster and loads slightly more per container.
Can I get a sample and a COA? Yes. We are always happy to send samples, so you can check the quality before you order. The sample you approve is the reference for the whole order. A certificate of analysis comes with each lot, and SGS or Dai Viet Control inspection and Eurofins lab testing can be arranged per shipment.
What is the minimum order? There is no minimum order; the price depends on the quantity. You can also combine several grades in one 20ft or 40HC container, and we will confirm how many tons of each fit.
What payment terms do you accept? Flexible terms: T/T, L/C or a combination of the two, agreed for each order and written into the proforma invoice. Payment goes only to the company account of Goo Farm Tea Vietnam Company Limited, never to a personal account.
How is BPS Green Tea packed, and how much fits in a container? PP/PE bags, kraft paper sacks, export cartons or vacuum aluminium bags. A 40HC container holds about 23 tons of BPS Green Tea with standard bulk packing. Private-label bags and retail packs are available on request.
