Who buys wholesale tea from Goo Farm

Our wholesale customers are companies that buy tea by the ton and process or repack it under their own brand: tea blenders who need a reliable base for breakfast, Earl Grey or chai blends; tea bag packers who need fannings and dust that fill a bag evenly; importers and distributors who supply shops and food service in their country; and wholesalers who sell loose tea to smaller buyers. We do not sell retail packs online, and we do not trade tea bought from other factories: every standard grade we quote is produced in our own factories in Phu Tho and Yen Bai, two sites of 7,000 m² each, and the Yen Bai factory is ISO 22000:2018 certified by Vinacontrol for the manufacturing and trading of dried tea. The one exception is organic Snow Shan, a specialty tea from a partner garden in the northern mountains.

Because we are the manufacturer, you deal with the people who run the withering, rolling, oxidation, drying and sorting lines. That is what lets us promise that every order is the same as or better than the sample you approved.

What we supply in bulk

• Orthodox black tea: twelve grades, from whole-leaf OPA, OP and Pekoe through FBOP and BOP, PS and BPS, to fannings F1, F2 and F3 and Dust 1, 2 and 3, plus stalk and TH for blends. Our orthodox buying guide describes each grade in the leaf and in the cup.

• Green tea: thirteen grades, from OP, OPA, Pekoe, Bom and Madina leaf to broken, fannings and powder dust, plus Snow Shan from old high-mountain trees. See green tea grades explained.
• Tea dust: eleven black tea dust and fannings grades for tea bags, instant tea and extracts.
• Flavored tea: Earl Grey black tea in two qualities, bergamot and cardamom on black or green tea, Earl Grey green tea and jasmine green tea on OP and TH leaf.
• Organic tea: organic tea from old Shan tea trees in a partner garden in the northern mountains: Snow Shan green tea in three grades (Premium, Select and Standard), Spike Bud Tea and Red Tea.

How to order wholesale tea from Goo Farm

1. Tell us what you need. Grade or product use (loose tea, tea bags, milk tea, blending base), quantity, packing and destination port. If you are not sure which grade fits, send us your target cup or a sample of what you buy today.
2. Samples. We send samples of the grades we propose. The sample you approve becomes the reference for the order.
3. Quotation. Price depends on grade, quantity, packing and the time of year, so we quote per order — FOB Hai Phong, CFR or CIF to your port, or DAP to your address — with the lead time for your lot.
4. Contract and production. After the proforma invoice is confirmed, the lot is produced or drawn from current stock, sorted and checked against the approved sample before packing.
5. Inspection and documents. Third-party inspection by SGS or Dai Viet Control and lab testing by Eurofins can be arranged before shipment. We prepare the export documents your import requires, such as certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis, and our GACC registration covers shipments to China.
6. Packing and loading. Bulk tea goes in PP/PE bags, kraft paper sacks, carton boxes or vacuum aluminum bags; private-label and retail packs are available on request. A 40-foot high cube container holds 25 to 28 tons of dust and fannings, 23 to 26 tons of CTC, and 13 to 18 tons of large-leaf orthodox grades. Details are on the packing and loading page.

Where our wholesale tea goes

We have exported Vietnamese tea to more than 30 countries. Our largest markets are the CIS (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and neighbours), the Middle East (Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia), Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) and Africa (Nigeria, Chad, Egypt). Each market has its own taste: strong CTC and dust for milk tea in South Asia and the Middle East, large-leaf orthodox for the CIS, green tea for North Africa and Central Asia. Is there a minimum order? No. The price depends on the quantity, and you can combine several grades in one 20ft or 40HC container. Tell us the grades and we will confirm how many tons fit.

What payment terms do you accept? Flexible terms: T/T, L/C or a combination of the two, agreed for each order and written into the proforma invoice. Payment goes only to the company account of Goo Farm Tea Vietnam Company Limited, never to a personal account.

Can you pack under our brand? Yes. We offer OEM private-label packing in bulk bags, cartons and retail packs. Send us your artwork and the pack sizes you need.

Do you provide samples? Yes. We are always happy to send samples of the grades we propose for your use, so you can check the quality before you order. The approved sample is the reference for the whole order.

Which certificates and inspections are available? Our Yen Bai factory (now Lao Cai Province) holds ISO 22000:2018 (Vinacontrol, certificate No. 31905-FSV). SGS and Dai Viet Control inspection and Eurofins lab testing can be arranged per shipment, and we are registered with GACC for exports to China.

Which grades are used for tea bags and which for loose tea? Tea bags and extracts use fannings and dust (CTC PF and PD, orthodox F1 to Dust 3, tea dust grades). Loose tea and premium bags use whole-leaf and broken grades such as OPA, OP, Pekoe, BOP and PS. Our buying guides for CTC, orthodox and green tea go through this grade by grade.

How do I get a quotation? Contact us with the grade, quantity, packing and destination, or message us on WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram or Viber. We reply with samples and a quotation.

Is Goo Farm a tea manufacturer or a trading company? A manufacturer. Goo Farm Tea Vietnam owns both factories in Phu Tho and Yen Bai, so the specification, the price and the lead time come from the people who make the tea. We export directly from Haiphong port, Vietnam.
