Tea Dust Black Tea F1 is the first fannings fraction of our black tea dust range: small, even particles with a strong, quick, coloury cup. It is the standard grade for tea bags. Standard bulk packing loads about 26 tons per 40HC.

Tea Dust Black Tea F1 is the top grade of our three orthodox fannings. Fannings are small, finely broken leaf pieces: smaller than the broken grades, larger than dust. In F1 these pieces come with brown-yellow particles. Vietnam tea dust F1 is one of the grades we suggest for fast, full-colored tea bags.
Fast infusion, orange-red liquor
Small pieces expose more leaf surface to the water, so F1 releases color and strength quickly. The liquor is red with an orange tint, and the aroma is refreshing and lightly floral. On the palate it is brisk and malty, with citrus and a sweet, mildly tannic end. The fine particles hold up to milk, sugar and ice, so F1 suits milk tea and bubble tea.
Next to the CTC grade PF, F1 is brisker and more citrusy, while PF is stronger and maltier.

Small, even particles release colour and strength in a short steep and run evenly on tea-bag machines.
A fast, strong infusion for extraction, instant tea and ready-to-drink production.
A strong, bright cup that holds up to milk, sugar and spices.
Broken, fannings and dust grades go mainly to tea-bag packers and blenders in the Middle East, South Asia and Africa, and to extract makers in Southeast Asia.
Tea Dust Black Tea Fanning F1 FAQ
What is the difference between F1, F2 and F3 dust? F1 is the cleanest and most even; F2 and F3 contain progressively more light particles and fibre and are priced lower.
Can I get a sample and a COA? Yes. We are always happy to send samples, so you can check the quality before you order. The sample you approve is the reference for the whole order. A certificate of analysis comes with each lot, and SGS or Dai Viet Control inspection and Eurofins lab testing can be arranged per shipment.
What is the minimum order? There is no minimum order; the price depends on the quantity. You can also combine several grades in one 20ft or 40HC container, and we will confirm how many tons of each fit.
What payment terms do you accept? Flexible terms: T/T, L/C or a combination of the two, agreed for each order and written into the proforma invoice. Payment goes only to the company account of Goo Farm Tea Vietnam Company Limited, never to a personal account.
How is Tea Dust Black Tea F1 packed, and how much fits in a container? PP/PE bags, kraft paper sacks, export cartons or vacuum aluminium bags. A 40HC container holds about 26 tons of Tea Dust Black Tea F1 with standard bulk packing. Private-label bags and retail packs are available on request.
