About our flavored and scented teas

Our flavored teas start from the same Vietnamese black and green tea grades we sell in bulk, scented or flavored at the factory so that a blender or packer can buy a finished tea rather than a base and a flavoring. Every lot is matched to the approved sample.

Jasmine OP Green Tea is whole-leaf OP green tea scented with jasmine, with dried jasmine flowers in the leaf, a bright yellow liquor and an intense jasmine taste; Jasmine TH Green Tea is the same scenting on medium flaky TH leaf at a lower price. High Quality Earl Grey Black Tea is made from orthodox OP, FBOP and Pekoe leaf with the aroma of bergamot, a golden-reddish liquor and a bold, malty taste with a lingering citrus finish; Cheap Earl Grey Black Tea gives the same bergamot character on mid-grade stalk, TH, PS and OPA leaf for economy blends and tea bags.

We also flavor tea with bergamot and cardamom. Bergamot Black Tea and Cardamom Black Tea are orthodox Pekoe black tea in two flavor strengths, 1.5% and 3%; Bergamot Green Tea and Earl Grey Green Tea are OP or Pekoe green tea and Cardamom Green Tea is Pekoe green tea, all with a light 0.4% flavoring.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between your two Earl Grey black teas? High Quality Earl Grey is made from orthodox OP, FBOP and Pekoe leaf and gives a bold, malty cup with a citrus finish. Earl Grey – Economy gives the same bergamot character on mid-grade stalk, TH, PS and OPA leaf for economy blends and tea bags.

What is the difference between Jasmine OP and Jasmine TH? Both are green tea scented with jasmine. Jasmine OP is whole-leaf OP with dried jasmine flowers in the leaf; Jasmine TH is the same scenting on medium flaky TH leaf at a lower price.

What is the difference between bergamot and Earl Grey flavor? Bergamot is the citrus fruit behind Earl Grey. Our bergamot teas use a bergamot flavoring; our Earl Grey teas, on black or green tea, use a classic Earl Grey flavoring, which is based on bergamot. We can send both samples to compare.

Can flavored tea be packed under our brand? Yes. Flavored teas are packed in bulk bags or cartons, or under your own brand in private-label tea bags and retail packs.

What is the minimum order? There is no minimum order; the price depends on the quantity, and you can combine several grades in one 20ft or 40HC container. Samples with a specification sheet are available before you order, and every shipment must be the same as or better than the sample you approved.
