Snow Shan green tea is made from old, high-mountain tea trees in northern Vietnam. The large leaf carries white down on the bud, and the cup is sweet, smooth and long-lasting. It is supplied in smaller lots for specialty shops and premium private labels.

Snow Shan is a specialty tea from the high mountains of northern Vietnam. Vietnam Snow Shan green tea comes from wild tea trees at more than 1,000 meters. The name refers to the white, snow-like down that covers the young leaves.
High-mountain leaf, mellow cup
The leaves are fully curled. They brew a pale yellow liquor with a fresh, clean aroma. The taste is mellow, not sharp, with floral notes and a light nuttiness that some tasters compare to chestnut. A gentle sweetness and a subtle astringency keep the cup in balance. This profile is very different from the strong, vegetal taste of our standard grades.

Snow Shan Green Tea FAQ
What is Snow Shan tea? Tea from old Shan-variety trees growing high in the mountains of northern Vietnam. The buds are covered in a white, snow-like down that gives the tea its name, and the leaf is larger than garden tea.
Can I get a sample and a COA? Yes. We are always happy to send samples, so you can check the quality before you order. The sample you approve is the reference for the whole order. A certificate of analysis comes with each lot, and SGS or Dai Viet Control inspection and Eurofins lab testing can be arranged per shipment.
What is the minimum order? There is no minimum order; the price depends on the quantity. You can also combine several grades in one 20ft or 40HC container, and we will confirm how many tons of each fit.
What payment terms do you accept? Flexible terms: T/T, L/C or a combination of the two, agreed for each order and written into the proforma invoice. Payment goes only to the company account of Goo Farm Tea Vietnam Company Limited, never to a personal account.
How is Snow Shan Green Tea packed, and how much fits in a container? PP/PE bags, kraft paper sacks, export cartons or vacuum aluminium bags. Specialty lot; load depends on leaf grade and packing. Private-label bags and retail packs are available on request.
